Some info, updates, and answers!

 

Canadian GoFundMe Donors:

Canada seems to have some odd rules about what can go in and out of your wonderful country!

Your shipping has an ETA of next Thursday due to a lack of insight on our part regarding the regulations.

Specifically: Taping of ends on clay tools, and the Glimmeratzi Body Spray.

Don't worry, we will still be able to include these products, but we are having to repack all the boxes and make new customs forms!

Customer Service:

We will no longer be providing comprehensive customer service via social media. We are missing a lot of questions, and we really don't want to. If you have concerns, you can contact us via here: Contact Us

So, in light of that, we will no longer be accepting responsibility for missed questions or complaints without an support ticket. We understand this is inconvenient, but we just don't have the manpower to moderate our channels 24/7.

This is likely to change in the future, but for now, PLEASE email us directly.

 

Broken/Damaged products:

We've had a few reports of damaged Bronzers in the theme boxes.

While we normally will not be replacing items damaged in transit, we are making an exception for GoFundMe donors, since yours were shipped via envelope, not boxes.

Usps has their own claim area for people after that.

We're replacing items 100% at our discretion, and not all replacements will be the same due to exact ordering on our part. Pleas allow 24-48 hours for a response on this, and up to 2 weeks for delivery of replacement items.

(Sculpey being punctured will not be covered under this. Sculpey is not air-dry, therefore will not be damaged by the package being punctured.)
