We're going to level with you, and here's some things you need to know!

Hello donors! First off, we would like to profusely thank everyone for your patience. We know the boxes are coming out a little later than originally anticipated, and we would like summarize why.

1. Volume. Sheer volume. You guys were amazingly supportive, and we honestly did not anticipate that response. We had over 200 orders on our first go, and while that's AMAZING, we had to really re-work our game plan.

2. We are new to this. The 3 founders all work full time, and Cosbox is a side project we wanted to do with the community. We have an amazing group of volunteers, but we can only ask so much of them. Certain aspects of this needed to be done by the partners like ordering, packing, shipping, website upkeep, product selection, obtaining a business license, opening a business bank account, ect.
We sincerely hope that everyone understands, and knows we are giving 100% to getting these out in a timely fashion.

3. Sort of goes with #2, we are new to this. In the ordering process, we had some MAJOR hiccups, which we tried our best to keep you all informed about. In the spirit of transparency, we'd like to recap what those issues were.

-We had the distributor for the contouring pallet be quite dishonest with us, then refuse a refund.
-Our original makeup sample supplier (The wonderful Impulse Cosmetics) had some issues supplying at the volume we needed, as they are also only a side project. They will however be supplying something for our basic box in August.
-We purchased MAC brand products that were improperly advertised.
-Our Scupley order was mislabeled and shipped to a whole other state.

Due to these issues, we have been set back a little later in the month than originally planned, however, we are taking steps to ensure problems like these don't happen again, and are learning from our mistakes.

ONWARD!
All the Theme boxes are packed, and we are packing the basic boxes this week!
After that's completed, boxes will be shipped out in batches, starting with alphabetical order.

An email will go out with each batch, letting individuals know when there box is shipped.

Please make sure to read our refund policy, and shipping terms. While most of those apply to subscribers, not donors, the TLDR is this:
Gofundme Donors will not receive a tracking number. Once registered to our site, if you decide on a monthly box, those are the orders that will have tracking.
We are not accepting refunds from donors, but if something is missing from your box, we will obviously correct that.
We are not liable for shipping damage. Every box is packed with care, and once you register through the site, there will be tracking and insurance on each package.
