I knew from about July of 2011, that I was planning to go to Connichi in Germany in 2012. I also knew I wanted to take pictures in Nordlingen, the town that Gold Crown Town is modeled after. While that didn't happen in the end, it was still my primary motivation for choosing a Princess Tutu related costume. By October of 2011, I had decided on Rue's fire festival dress, and my friend Dani was going to make Mytho to go with me.
