My name is Krystal, but the internet-world knows me better as Sumikins. I am a 32-year-old cosplayer from the Pacific Northwest, currently residing in Portland, OR. I began making costumes in 2002, and in 2007 I became a member of the cosplay performance group "Ninja of the Night" who I performed with regularly until 2015. In 2010, along with my cosplay partner Rynn, I represented the United States in the World Cosplay Summit, and in 2017 we represented the USA at CICAF/China Cosplay Super Show.

These days, I'm working hard to get in shape, and I have a stockpile of materials just waiting to become costumes. I'm also working to build a portfolio of panels that I can lead at conventions. In the future I would like to create more Masquerade-entry pieces, as well as do more panels, develop some my skills in photography, and help out at my local cons. :)
