This costume was commissioned by Faerie Fingers way back in 2008. The Sailor Uniform was of high quality and is still in great condition. The wig was styled by me and was an early success. After a couple of years of wearing it, it hung in the closet for a while until I decided to wear it again in 2012. It's very comfortable and fun.
