The 3rd regenerated Anglicon may have been the best so far with two classic doctors, a British sci-fi designer and a famous Welsh Corgi! Good panels, great guests, great cosplays and a doggie parade to boot! The convention was moved to early December at Christmas time, so TARDISes shared the same space with Christmas trees. I had a good time.
