Basically an excuse to crossplay at Anglicon, and from Doctor Who. The dress was found at Hot Topic, and is popular among the ladies. This was the cheapest option for a new costume (4th doctor and 007 tux out of price range), so I had fun with it. I used a blue wig we had on hand but I'll use others in the future. Shoes too. Found some great blue makeup to use to make it more fun, plus a TARDIS door key as a necklace. Only downside, the dress is better for Spring and summer, NOT winter!
