Vegeta's outfit from the Buu Saga was the easiest to do, with a limited budget and lack of crafting skills. i originally wore it starting in 2001, then improved on it a couple of years later. The outfit was found in stores, with the blue tights found in the ladies section. The gloves were rubber kitchen gloves modified. The boot covers were made from a soft fabric, hand sewn by me. They stayed up thanks to some stiff fabric I found and sewed inside the leg part of the covers. That's a fright wig I found online heavily sprayed and styled. It worked perfectly.
