Raised a “desert rat” in Palm Springs, CA, Kizzy grew up on 110 degree weather, Buck Jones, Disneyland, Renaissance Faires, ‘80s movies, and Filipino cooking. Her active imagination surfaced young, expressed through drawings and paintings. In her teenage years she joined a Ventura, CA summer group called “Kids Arts“, which opened her up to studio experience with other artists. Kizzy graduated from the University of Redlands, double-majoring in Business Administration and Studio Art with an emphasis in Painting and Drawing and a minor in Art History. Now living in the Northwest, Kizzy displays her art through local venues and groups like RAWArtists. She particularly enjoys fellowship with other artists, sharing each others’ experiences, inspirations, and aspirations through their works.
