LOL please ignore the Sailor outfit underneath I had something on my dress form already and didn't feel like taking it off. I have made the initial dress now I have to add sleeves and make it fit my friend better. Better to make a costume too big than too small. I also need to add the collar but I am deciding on what fabric to buy for it.
