This was Ushicon 2006 and let me say, Tutus are no joke, I bought a pre-made skirt but still had to tack it down, and it was hard! I sewed the dress and we made Sora's jacket out of sewing two shirts together. His pants came from Vaati's outfit because they looked so similar.
