I thought it would be cool if I dyed parts of the tail. In many of the reference images it shows some grey in his tail (though I'm sure it's all shadow etc...etc...). Plus, it was an interesting skill to learn, super easy too!

It did turn out just a tiiiiny bit darker then I thought it would, but it still looks pretty good. I'm EXTREMELY happy with how it turned out in the long run <3.
