Back at NYCC, I met a sweet girl who invited me to join her in an X-Men films group at MAGfest in a few months. I'd had an itch to cosplay Psylocke for a little while, but it just never happened, and knowing she was going to be in the newest movie, it just felt right! But plans fell through and it ended up not happening. Now, I hope to have it finished to wear to Awesomecon 2016, as well as the film's release date! I also wore the costume without the armor for Free Comic Book Day at Big Planet Comics of Washington DC, and it's still pretty cute so I will probably get some mileage out of it without armor, too, if I'm feeling that vibe.
