Debuted: Kumoricon 2011 in Vancouver, WA.

Having done Barret Wallace (Advent Children version) for several years, and loving the character so much, I chose to do his game-version from Final Fantasy VII for Kumoricon 2011.

Boy, am I glad I did. It all turned out so nicely! Not that it was an easy process. The waist-guard in particular was a pain to make, and is only a little less of a pain to wear. It's a process to get this costume on and all put together, but it's so very worth it.

The costume was better received than I could have dreamed. Everyone loved it, I loved wearing it and being Barret again. It went perfectly. I love this character and this costume, and will be wearing this costume for many years to come.
