This is an Original design for an Ancient Naboo Water and Moon Goddess. Originally made for Costume-Con 32's Futur Fashion Folio (Under the name Priestess of the Moon and Seas).

The fabric was ombre dyed and painted. The headdress is covered in seashell, beads and feathers. The jewelry was bought online.
