I got into cosplay about 3 years ago. I wasn't really allowed to dress up as a kid, and wasn't allowed to wear the costumes I wanted (I came from a very conservative background). In college, cosplay has been my way to sort of live out those childhood fantasies but also to be someone else for a day. I make all of my cosplays from scratch, with the exception of clothing items I can buy and modify to suit my needs.

I also do creative writing and have a 4-book series fantasy/sci-fi series that I recently completed. I'm always creating new characters and worlds.

I love video games, my favorites being Disgaea, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, and the Tales series. I hope to some day help design video games.
