I bought the costume pre-made but had to get new shorts and make the scarf fastener, earring & pauldron lion. The base sword was bought online but I heavily altered it with paint, foam & thermoplastic as well as of course the plushie. Scabbard was entirely made from scratch & I did the wig styling.
