I didn't wanna do a half-assed job on this costume despite its extreme simplicity. The cardigan is made of a very textural, linen/burlap-esque seasonal fabric. I used the wrong side, which was matte. It's entirely lined in itself for a completely seamless finish. For the dress, I used off-white rayon, with box pleats around the neckline (which were interesting to attempt considering the fabric type). I made the scarf by self-lining a dense knit, cutting the fringe by hand, then flipping inside out and finishing off the seam.
