This costume ended up being a little more casual than I intended! I wanted to make her original costume but of course, I didn't have enough time before the convention crept on me! A lot of my time went on the wig, made with a foam core, a lot of orange hair and multicoloured (pink, orange, yellow, golden) organza for the fire. I think it was one of my best experiments at wig styling, and it was surprisingly comfortable to wear! I also made the skirt myself out of a really pretty, shiny fabric, and bought the orange strapless lace dress. I loved waving my fabric fan around! It was the perfect prop ^_^

Bodypaint is Snazaroo water-based paint. I couldn't find the proper shade of yellow at the time (although I found it later), but I still think it was good enough. I later wore the costume without body painting as an even more casual version for Day 0 at Katsucon.
