One of my favorite yet least comfortable costumes! :D Also known as "Stripper Len" by my friends.

Wig: Magnum in light blonde from Arda Wigs

This costume is made out of faux printed suede and printed vinyl trim. I made the shorts by tracing some shorts I already owned and cuffing the bottoms of them. The belts stay in place with lots of snap buttons! They're made of suede, and I painted the triangles onto them. The leg and arm warmers are pretty much just tubes for my arms held up with elastic. The choker is just a tube of suede that I used a snap to hold together. The leotard was probably the most difficult aspect of this costume. I used the Crystal Lake skating pattern by McCall's as a base. Since that pattern was made for spandex and suede has no stretch, I had to draft about 4 different patterns in muslin to make sure the sizing, v-neck, and hip cutouts were the way I wanted. It took a really long time and it was kind of frustrating, but it turned out nicely! There's a zipper up the front so I can step in and out of my suede cage of death. I drafted the collar pattern myself, interfaced one side, and added trim to it before sewing it to the neck of my leotard. I got my shoes from Payless (in the men's clearance section B) ) and painted little circles onto them with many layers of paint, which totally cracked after wearing them for an hour, but I don't care that much because the rest of the costume is hella.

As for chest binding, I used medical tape. I'm normally a C cup, and I can get my chest extremely flat using this method. I don't have a tutorial to link you to, so I'd suggest just looking up how to open chest bind. PLEASE DO NOT USE DUCT TAPE ON YOUR BOOBERS. It's really bad for you. Please use medical tape. Please.
