I used that one really popular fan design of Paige as a base and changed it to my liking. I added puff sleeves, lace, a black piece in the back of the dress, and a black waistband. The dress is really just a basic top and two circle skirts sewn to a satin waistband. The white fabric is 2 way stretch knit, and the red skirt is just broadcloth. I bought the gloves at a costume shop. I made the boot covers out of spandex and attached them to some two inch pumps I picked up at Payless. I drew all the drawings by hand, and made them into paper stencils. I painted them on and outlined them all with black puffy paint. The red skirt (which you can't really see) has hand-painted red and blue veins going about 6 inches up the skirt and all the way around it. This was done with puffy fabric paint. The painting alone took about 30 hours, and it was super tedious.
