My current favorite costume!~

The skirt is a circle skirt made of stretch knit, and the top is a 3/4 sleeve crew neck shirt made of the same stretch knit. Very, very simple. White flats were bought on Amazon. I bought white tights and dyed them with RIT Petal Pink fabric dye by mixing hot water with increasingly more dye powder in a spray bottle.The cape is a 3/4 circle cape. The outer layer is made of suede, and the inner layer is very thin black cotton broadcloth. I hand sewed two strings of lights onto the wrong side of the black layer of the cape, and then painted 30 soul gems and 30 grief seeds that my Ultimate Madoka made stencils for. The cape took approximately 20 hours alone. The collar of the cape closes with two hooks and eyes which I got from a bra back extender. The ears are Necomimi covers that I glued suede ear tails to! I sewed and E600'd the gold bangles in place and painted the little dots on.
