Blazer- Thrifted a blazer and altered it. White lines are bias tape hand sewed on. Red bias tape is used for the red line on the blazer. For the white band, I cut out a rectangle of fabric and sewn it up and attached it to the sleeve.

Skirt- Simple pleated skirt.

Wig- Bought a long wig and then cut it to the right length and made the tails out of the hair that had been cut out of the wig. The tails are a bit short but meh, there's not much I can do about that. >_> EDIT: So after wearing her to AB, I realized I need to something about the hairtails as they shed a lot and soon I probably won't have any hairtails.
