Used a dress I already owned for the base. Made the choker, sash, and wristbands from fabric I owned.

Veil is made from a chiffon I had lying around and it is attached to the head by barrettes. The flowers are from a bouquet from the Dollar store that I cut and seperated. They are sewn onto the dress, choker, ect. On the veil, they are hot glued on.
