edit 7/12/2016- Looking back, I bit off way more I could chew with this costume. The materials I choose to work with were terrible. The shirt is made out of a white canvas, and the pleated skirt is made from broadcloth. Construction wasn't necessarily terrible, but yeah I wish I would have picked something easier to work with. I also wish I could have lined that shirt. Chest armor is made from one layer of craft foam and painted with acrylics. Wig was ordered from ebay.
