This costume took time and effort. I purchased inexpensive shirts and did a trial and error effort on achieving the X symbol on the cloth. Have a few tries I landed one successful black and one successful white design. I took an old pair of jeans and bleached the x symbol into the bottoms as is characteristic of Surge. I also cut and styled the wig. The gauntlets are made from EVA foam, there were custom fit to my arms and I added LEDs for effect.

The belt is custom made and the X symbols on the chest and buckle were cast in resin and custom made by me. I also custom crafted the gloves that keep the gauntlets on.
