My next character in the DC Comics line. I was getting into reading lots of Justice Society Comics, and I've always like Jay Garrick's Flash in "The Flash" comics, as a mentor to Barry and Wally. For a quick costume to make, I choose to cosplay Jay Garrick. The Helmet was the hardest thing to make out of the whole costume.
