This is my second Street Fighter Costume. I always wanted to be M.Bison, since he's my main character since Street Fighter II Turbo. He's always been on the back burner for planning, however recently had a local tailor made the outfit for me. Then after finding an officer's hat for cheap, the rest just suddenly started snowballing. The cape was the problem, since I wanted to do a toss round cape like in Street Fighter II. After tons of trying to make a new cape and hours of wasted tries, the end result became making the cape behind the back and under the shoulder pads, like the "Alpha" Series.
