Costume was purchased from Taobao (Ugh grad school kills me) Hat is broadcloth with medium weight interfacing. Bows are casa satin. Hat bow is organza with netting to add some stiffness. Bird wand cast by Soynuts Props. 2 purchased petticoats stacked for volume.
