I honestly made this costume the night before fanime 2013 which was a horrible idea because it was also my first seifuku. i actually tossed the costume before i even left the con, thats how bad it was. hopefully i'll eventually remake it!!

The actual costume is made of cotton sateen, and the shimapan are made of striped knit I found on etsy.
