I've been wanting to cosplay Coco for so long, basically since Tsuritama first came out in 2012! I ended up hand sewing her outfit as well as making her hair accessories. The arm bands, skirt, leg band, and neck floatie are all made by myself! I used metallic fabric I got from Jo-Ann's for this cosplay! I used some foam type material for the head accessories! The yellow dolphin was purchased from Amazon.
