Outfit for Madoka was bought off of CosplaySky.com and then altered by Torihime Cosplay on Facebook so that it fit me better. I got the wig and shoes from Amazon as well as the hair bows for Madoka. I used some old ribbon I had lying around to make the ribbon cuffs for her gloves! Shutter Shades for Swag-doka photos were also ordered online!
