This costume was certainly an adventure from start to finish. The wig took 3 hours of styling (endless thanks to the wonderful Ducesa Deoglinzi) and we ended up using shish-ke-bab skewers to keep the pigtails in place. The day of wearing it I was literally sewn into the dress since it was unfinished, then dealt with many, many people stepping on the skirts as I tried to maneuver around the con.
I still plan to actually finish this one - not many people actually know the series, but the ones that do are so happy to see me!
