One of my faaaaaaaavorite mahou shoujo shows! It doesn't get very much love in the States for various reasons, timing of licensing, a negative review in the only anime magazine at the time, etc. But I love it to death even in it's cheesy-ness.
Probably my favorite part of this costume are the perky bows. I'm still not tired of them after having made 3 different pairs for her various outfits. <3
