This was purchased many moons ago from a cosplayer whom I happen to forget the name of. But it's lovely and I love it to death. I added a few tiny details over the years; Cuffs, New Buttons, Made the Clock actually work, etc.

It's so fun to wear and I feel so happy whenever I wear it!
