Mohji is probably one of my favorite minor characters in One Piece. He is quite pompous but just downright silly. He has a huge pet lion and he is Buggy's first mate. This is a female version of my pompous beast tamer. The Buggy is my amazing friend Cali.
Construction Notes:

Top: I altered my old Kitty Cat Katarina bra top and made it a halter.
Pants: Bright blue shorts
Sash: Yellow Chiffon from my fabric stash
Shoes: thrifted shoes with fluffies made from the same fur as the top.
Hat: Patterened myself made from the same fur as the top and fluffies.
