I kept things relatively simple for this cosplay. It has three pieces: a skirt, corset, and undershirt.
The corset was made using my go-to Disney princess pattern, Simplicity 5006. I modified the cut of the top and bottom of the corset to match the style in the movie. I also combined the front and side panels to have fewer sections in my corset. Fewer seams means the corset looks overall smoother in the navy satin. My favorite part of the corset is one you can't see, though, and it's the lining. I lined the corset with a Little Mermaid pink cotton print!
The skirt is made of charmeuse, and is a circle skirt that falls just past my knees. It has 1" horse hair braid in the hem for extra twirl-ability.
For her light blue blouse, I bought a lace top from Ali Express, and used turquoise polyester dye to turn it light blue.
The wig is Hera from Epic Cosplay Wigs in dark red with the bangs styled. I made the hair bow out of the same fabric as the skirt.
