Dream costume DONE! Lots of notes on this one:

Wig is all Arda. Odango started off as styrofoam balls and were carved & covered in wefts. Bangs were styled. Tails were made from a single ponytail clip.

Costume consists of opaque white spandex (actual kind unknown), casa satin, pearlized sheer, clear vinyl, wire, bias tape (lots of it), polyfil, blood, sweat, and tears. Boots were painted with NuLife in white (never again) and then in floral spray paint (good stuff).

Heart on choker, tiara and moons on boots were made of Worbla.
