Here is my Human Falco Lombardi I wore at Phoenix Comicon 2015. This cosplay was partially made. I store-bought the wig, scarf, jacket, pants, shirt, boots, and gloves. I partially crafted the headset, belt, holster, shield keychain, knee-pads, and shin guards.

The headset was made from an existing pair of earmuffs, in which I removed one earmuff and attached a worm light to the other for the scouter (the wormlight didnt turn on :/). I used a thin piece of plastic that I colored green with a sharpie for the scouter. Very cheap and efficient way to get the correct look of the scouter :).

The shield and knee-pads, I made out of Eva foam. The shield had a cheap LED light inside that glowed.

I'm in the process of updating this cosplay. I've recently gotten better at crafting Eva foam helmets, so I'm designing a sci-fi looking helmet that resembles Falco's colors, but retains a cool ranger kind of look. Will have updates when the helmet is finished.
