My lovely Yui made the shirt for me as she already had an oversized white shirt that she hemmed and altered the collar, and she even painted it! I made the double-layered skirt and inserted tulle between the layers. I got little styrofoam balls, painted them red, stuck bobby pins in them, and inserted them into the wig. I also already owned the blue tights and bought the shoes!
