Most of this cosplay was commissioned by my lovely friend AC! I made the scissor blade, the suspenders, the belt/pockets, neck tie, and glove. I wore this to Anime North 2014, might wear it again with modifcations to the scissor blade, as well as my wig. The pleather I used for the belt was also not so great quality, so I'd have to redo it.
