Was supposed to be an easy cheep costume, but I got carried away with trying to get all the little details with the accessories perfect.

For the teeth I just cut fang shapes out of dollar store fake nails then glued them onto my old Invisalign braces tray.
I really wanted the weird angular shape for the glasses frames that he has in the anime. So I made them from scratch out of cereal box cardboard(frames) and trashed clear plastic from a Bluetooth packaging(lenses). Paint red and cover with lacqure and vuala! For the glasses chain I got two different size black glass beads from Michaels and stringed them on jewelry wire. The skulls are from a Halloween bracelet I got at the dollarstore back in October. Just had to sand them down and paint them then stick a wire ring into the sides of the mouth part.
The red jacket I got from Goodwill, just had to modify it a bit. Removed the front buttons and the shoulder pads. Made the split up the back, then lined it all with black bias tape. Added the back bow and sleeve buttons. The pants I also bought at Goodwill, but no modifications made.
I got the base shoes from my downtown thrift store and just glued the red fabric and black laces onto it.
The white undershirt I also got from the thrift store and just modified the shape of the collar by ripping up the top stitches and re-sewing it at a deeper angle. The belts around the upper arms are actually handles from a purse(also thrift store buy) chopped off and just super glued to itself in the size of my arms.
The neck bow is ribbon I found at Jo-Anns. And the black gloves I just picked up at Party City during Halloween season.
The hip chain is actually the part of the costume I think turned out the best. Large wood beads from Michaels painted black, with gold bead caps and gold chain from Jo-Anns. I had to remove and reshape the chain links at each end of every bead so that it could fit through the holes in the bead caps. Helped keep the beads in position on the chain too!
Wig is from ebay. It was a Grell character specific wig so all I had to do was trim the bangs and top hair a bit then flip out the tufts and hairspray like crazy.
I'm hoping to be able to make his chainsaw for the next time I wear this costume.
