Shampoo has always been one of my favorite characters from Ranma 1/2!
Apron is made from linen.

For the dress I used this pattern as a base, and then made a mock up which I heavily altered.

I wanted to combine a variety of Shampoo's various dresses and fanart, so there isn't one specific dress from the show that this is based on.

The wig is Arda's Luthien in Grape, with matching braided buns~
