I actually already owned this fabric before I started watching MLP. When I put the two together, I knew it was fate! I wanted to go with a more lolita/sundress look instead of the typical flannel/jean short combo that you typically see with Applejack cosplays.
This was original worn for Halloween 2013 with some other pony cosplaying friends, but I have worn it to a few other gatherings as well.
