Lapis started out as a cosplay I bought from my friend Trimizu; unfortunately it didn't end up fitting me as well as I thought it would. What I was able to do was make a copy of the top out of muslin and resize it to fit me properly! I then made a new skirt and top using the muslin mock-up out of leftover fabric from my Wadanohara!
I made armsleeves out of WeLoveColors tights, as well as made toes in the tights, since she walks around barefoot :p
I also made a new gem by sculpting it out of paperclay, then molding and casting it in resin.
The wig is an Arda in Cobalt Blue, cut and styled by me (not sure the original style, as Trimizu had cut it a little before it was sent to me, possibly a Magnum?).
I made a set of wings using arms from a broken umbrella, covered in layers of sheer white and blue material, and burnt the edges to make it more organic and water-like. They're sewn to clear bra straps to keep them on my back!
