Fabrics are all knits from JoAnns. I used a raglan sleeve pattern (Simplicity 5271) as a base for the top, and white elastic for all the little stripes. I modified the Green Pepper skating pattern bottoms for the bloomers, and they have elastic around the leg openings. Black thigh highs are from Sock dreams. This costume is super comfy!
