Saber Lily was created entirely from scratch. I created all the patterns that I used, as well as combined various different fabrics to get the appropriate color, as I could not find what I needed for either at the fabric store. The dress can be worn with or without the armor.

The armor is constructed of WonderFlex wrapped around upholstry and craft foam, for thickness, and was smoothed with several layers of auto primer and bondo, then spray painted and sealed. Detail was painted freehand using black acrylic.

Costume and armor time: approx 165 hours.
