Anya was one of my very very early costumes, and actually the first one that I (mostly) successfully sewed a significant portion of myself! I believe I may have picked her because of her pink hair, and her uniform was cute- I was going through an absurdly girly phase in which I strongly embraced pink and feminine things!
Anya herself is little recognized compared to other Code Geass characters. She is a very stoic character, with seemingly small impact on the plot overall. Because of that, she's a little less fun to play, but I still have a soft spot for this costume because it is pretty cute, and it was one of my earlier outfits!
Haha, so right off the bat, I'm going to tell you this is far from the most solid thing I have made. The dress and tie were made by me, a bit hapharzardly although. The tie was never officially finished, and is really just a tie shape "sock" flipped right side out, with the Ashford Academy emblem painted on in fabric paint. I safety pinned it to my blouse- the edge is not even finished!
The dress is in pink broadcloth, double layered so that it can be less thin. For some reason, it has a side zipper in white- don't ask why pink wasn't a thing! The gold trim was done in polysatin, adn the gold shank buttons hand sewn on. For being my first piece that I made without a pattern (I didn't even draft my own- I eyeballed the whole thing), it was pretty impressive, all things considered! I obviously would make it differently now, but I still enjoy keeping it around to show my improvement throughout the years!
The white blouse and socks were bought and unaltered.
