Created in 2007. Worn to Metrocon & Nana Day (7/7/07). This is pretty special since it was the first costume I created without anyone's assistance (though I did get some advice from friends!) It was pretty frustrating and difficult making all the ruffles. They were gathered by hand, then stitched to the base skirt by hand. T-shirt was from Old Navy, which I added pink trim and applique lettering. All of the dots were appliqued with Heat & Bond as well.
