Confetti dot is among the devils of fabric. But these costumes are so pink and sparkly that it's ok and worth the effort. Also white pants aren't flattering on ANYONE. I had an unexpected challenge getting the jacket to fit correctly since it's totally open in front. Had some help from Dasha getting the back seam just right. This was also before I learned how to do bias tape the -right- way. When I revisit this costume (if ever) I will update the boot covers since I've mastered the pattern from Forever Star.
